long-awaited My Only Love Song drama
airing date might be nearing. Earlier this month, FNC Ad Culture website was updated
with two poster for drama My Only Love
Song. Although there is no official announcement regarding its airing date,
but this update is a positive sign that the drama will finally meet its fans.

This
fantasy-youth sageuk drama is anticipated as Lee Jonghyun and Gong Seungyeon
are reuniting after leaving WGM. They showed great chemistry in the variety
show, so many fans are eager to see how they act together. Plus, this drama
will be the first for both of them to play as the main characters.
This is the first drama pre-produced by FNC Ad Culture. Filming had started 24th Sept 2016 and it was planned to air on February 2017. Reportedly, this will be a web drama that will air on Suho TV. However, there is still no official confirmation yet.

PLOT
The
drama will tell the story about Song Soo Jung, a top star who believe that only
money matters to get you everything in life. She will later travels back in
time after accidentally falls into a time-slip portal. She will meet On Dal, a
man who will do anything in order to earn money. Despite that, he is also
caring and generous to those who has tougher life. This drama is focused on how
money affect love and people.

LEE JONGHYUN as ON DAL
Lee
Jonghyun is a South Korean singer-songwriter and actor. He is a lead guitarist
and vocalist of a four-member rock band CNBlue. Back in high school, he was a
promising judo athlete before deciding to quit and begin to focus on music. He
made his acting debut in 2010 film Acoustic
with another CNBlue member, Kang Minhyuk. He starred in dramas A Gentleman’s Dignity and Orange Marmalade. He won a New Star
Award at 2012 SBS Drama Award for his role in the latter drama. Recently, it
was announced that he will star in a new rom-com drama Devious Twenty with actress Lee Yubi. Lee Jonghyun made appearance
in several variety shows such as Running
Man, We Got Married, Fluttering India and Cool Kidz On The Block.

SEUNGYEON as SONG SOO JUNG
Gong Seung Yeon is a South Korean actress. She
became a SM trainee after winning “Best Looks” in the SM Youth Best Contest in
2005. After seven years as a trainee, she left SM to pursue a career in acting.
She made her acting debut in 2012 with a small role in tvN drama I Love Lee Tae Ri. She later starred in
dramas such as Heard It Through The Grapevine,
Six Flying Dragon and Master of
Revenge. She won a New Actress Award at 23rd SBS Drama Award for
her performance in Six Flying
Dragons. She starred in music videos for Sunny Hill, 2AM, Shin Seunghun and
Fiestar. She appeared on many variety shows like We Got Married, Eat Sleep Eat and Running Man, She was a host for Inkigayo
with her sister, Twice’s Jungyeon and actor Kim Minseok. She is currently
starring in new tvN rom-com drama Introvert
Boss.
